Qld: Queensland still growing, says treasurer
BRISBANE, Feb 9 AAP - Queensland's economic growth rate continued to eclipse the restof Australia, Treasurer Terry Mackenroth said today.
Mr Mackenroth said the state government would release its mid-year budget review inParliament on February 26 and that the state had received encouraging economic news aheadof the review.
He said he had already revealed that Queensland had recorded strong growth in all majorareas during the September quarter of 2002.
